Catherine is a seasoned Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over eight years of experience in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Holding a Bachelors of Law Degree from Kenyatta University and a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, she has further enhanced her credentials with certifications from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, as a Certified Professional Mediator, and in Contract Management, Labour Relations, and Data Protection. Catherine’s diverse expertise spans Commercial Litigation, Employment and Labour Relations disputes, Land Disputes, Debt recovery, Estate Planning and Administration, and complex commercial Arbitrations.
In addition to her legal practice, Catherine has been actively involved in formulating Human Resource and Policy manuals for local and international NGOs, advising on corporate restructuring and reorganization, and successfully defending claims arising from such processes. She has also represented numerous banking institutions in complex commercial litigation and debt recovery matters. Catherine’s commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is evident in her participation in corporate and business programs, focusing on client trainings and workshops on emerging legal jurisprudence in the Employment and Energy sectors. Her passion for the law is driven by a desire to provide sound and innovative legal solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and having a positive impact.
